Human Qualities Still Matter
AI can automate routine work. But it cannot replace good judgment, clear thinking or trust. Roles that involve decision-making, relationships or ethics still depend on human input. Creativity, listening and problem solving remain key skills.
Whether in a city office or a private company, people who show sound thinking and consistent results will still be needed.
